안녕하세요? 오늘은 해외직구 2탄입니다.

해외에서 물건을 구매했는데 배송이 오지 않는 경우가 있죠?

어떤때는 온라인샵에서 배송 되었다고 나오기도 하는데 조회가 되지 않기도 하고요.

답답한 상황일 수 있는데요.

그럴때 customer service에 이메일을 보내거나 Q&A에 문의를 남기는 것도 좋겠죠?

온라인샵에서 배송중이라고 나오는데 오랫동안 받지 못하고 있을때

고객 서비스 담당자께,

I have ordered my goods on January 3rd, 2020 at the online store. (order no. xxxxxxxx)

저는 온라인샵에서 제품을 1월3일에 주문했습니다. (주문번호. xxxxxxxxx)

I found on the online store that my order has been already delivered from your side since January 5th but i haven't received the ordered goods until today, January 16th, 2020.

온라인샵에는 제 상품이 이미 배송되었다고 1월5일부터 나와있는걸 확인했지만 저는 오늘 1월 16일까지 주문한 제품을 받지 못하고 있습니다.

It seems that it has been already 2 weeks since it was gone out for the delivery if the information on the online store is correct so i want to check its status now.

온라인샵에 나온 정보가 맞다면 이미 배송출발한지 2주가 다 되어가는 것으로 보여지기 때문에 현재 상황을 체크하길 원합니다.

So, please let me know the tracking number of the courier service if it is really delivered.

만약 정말로 배송되었다면 택배사 송장번호를 알려주시기 바랍니다.

온라인샵에서 오랫동안 배송준비중이라고 나올때

고객 서비스 담당자께,

I have ordered my goods on January 3rd, 2020 at the online store. (order no. xxxxxxxx)

저는 온라인샵에서 제품을 1월3일에 주문했습니다. (주문번호. xxxxxxxxx)

But I found that it is still peding of the delivery process on the online store until today, January 16th,2020.

그렇지만 오늘 1월 16일까지 여전히 온라인샵에서는 배송준비중으로 나오는 것을 확인하였습니다.

Its average delivery period is 3-4 days as indicated on your store but i wonder why it takes approx. 2 weeks for the delivery.

평균 배송기간은 3-4일이라고 샵에 명시되어 있는데 배송이 되기까지 왜 2주가까이 걸리는지 궁금합니다.

So, please let me know when it will be ready for the shipment.

배송이 언제 될지 알려주시기 바랍니다.
